Renovation of the awarded Blue Eye Dragon Restaurant included the installation of a fully operational 60 m2 commercial kitchen within the confines of a traditional church hall. Staff facilities were added to the rear of the building, shielded by a recycled timber wall that ties into the heritage of the existing structure. Within a short 12 week timeframe, this 100+ year old hall complete with vintage pews was transformed into a vibrant, modern 110 seat restaurant.
